Recipes for Vibrant Whole Foods Plant-based Dishes

The Vibrant Cook creates recipes for dishes that are whole foods plant-based and often seasonally oriented. Ingredients for our dishes are primarily fresh produce consisting of starchy and non-starchy vegetables, a variety of grains, legumes (beans and lentils), fruits and a few minimally processed ingredients. We also use a variety of spices inspired from cuisines from around the globe. All recipes are oil-free, sugar-free, and completely vegan.

Many recipes for our dishes are naturally salt-free or there is an option which makes the dish easily adaptable to being salt-free. See our articles section for more information on a whole foods plant-based diet and dietary choices.
