Kitchen Shears
Kitchen shears come in so handy for many preparation tasks. I’ve been using the J.A. Henckels International Kitchen Shears, an inexpensive choice and these work just fine for all of the prep I need.
That said, these sheers will need to be replaced once they get too dull. In the long run a brand and model that can be sharpened and will last longer is a better choice.
Kitchen shears are useful form many prep tasks. Some examples include cutting up dried peppers, cracking nuts, chopping up whole canned tomatoes, cutting open rice, grain and bean packages.
